Each column completed:

- "Name of the position(s) and/or committee(s)" - 1 point
- "Responsibility" - 1 point
- "Frequency of reporting to the board on climate-related issues" - 1 point

OR

If "There is no management level responsibility for climate-related issues" is selected in "Name of the position(s) and/or committee(s)" column - 3 points

Awareness scoring criteria

If:

- Any option except "There is no management level responsibility for climate-related issues" selected in column "Name of the position(s) and/or comimittee(s)" - 1 point
- Any option selected in column "Responsibility" - 1 point
- Any option except "Not reported to the board" in column "Frequency of reporting to the board on climate-related issues" - 1 point

Management scoring criteria

Full Awareness points must have been awarded to be eligible for points at Management level.

If:


- Any option except "There is no management level responsibility……" selected in column "Name of the position(s) and/or comimittee(s)" - 1 point
- If "Both assessing and managing...." has been selected in column "Responsibility" - 1 point
- If "More frequently than quarterly" OR "Quarterly" have been selected in the column "Frequency of reporting..." - 1 point
