Disclosure scoring criteria

If:

- Column "Source" completed AND Column's "Relevance..." all completed, AND Column "Explain why the source is excluded" completed - 1 point

Awareness scoring criteria

If:

- Any option other than "Emissions are relevant but not yet calculated", "Emissions are relevant and calculated, but not disclosed" OR "·Emissions are not evaluated" selected in column "Relevance of Scope 1…" - 1 point

- Any option other than "Emissions are relevant but not yet calculated", "Emissions are relevant and calculated, but not disclosed" OR "·Emissions are not evaluated" selected in either column "Relevance of Scope 2…" - 1 point

Management scoring criteria

If:

- Text in column "Explain why…." is consistent with option selected in column's "Relevance…." - 1 point
