Each column completed:

- "Who is entitled to benefit…." - 1 point
- "Types of incentives" - 1 point
- "Activity incentivized" - 1 point

Awareness scoring criteria

Answer to cover:

- Any option selected in column "Who is entitled to benefit….." - 1 point
- Any option selcted in column "Type of incentives" - 1 point
- Any option selected in column "Activity incentivized" - 1 point

Management scoring criteria

Full Awareness points must have been awarded to be eligible for points at Management level.
