Disclosure scoring criteria

If:

- Any option selected in column "Frequency of monitoring" - 1 point
- Any option selected in column "How far into the future….?"- 1 point

OR

If "Never" is selected in "Frequency of monitoring" column - 2 points

Awareness scoring criteria

If:

- Any option except for "Not defined" OR "Never" selected in column "Frequency of monitoring" - 1 point
-"Any option except for "Unknown" slected in column "How far into the future….?" - 1 point

Management scoring criteria

If:

- In column "Frequency of monitoring", either 'Six-monthly or more frequently' or 'Annually' is selected - 1 point
- Any option except for "Unknown" slected in column "How far into the future….?" - 1 point

Leadership scoring criteria

If "Six-monthly or more frequently" is selcted in column "Frequency of monitioring" AND ">6 years" is selcted in column "How far into the future….?" - 1 point
